I started off well - got through the first 8 minutes run and felt fantastic but then, disaster, my previous complaint of calf pain really really started to hurt, I tried to stretch it out whilst I was walking in-between runs but it just wouldn't let-up and was agony.
I had to abandon the run!
I'd felt fantastic running my first 8mins, outside too, but am really concerned about this calf pain (DVT 5yrs ago) I will see GP when there is an appointment available but I will try W5 R2 again on Thursday (too busy tomorrow )
