Well I did it, and it wasn’t too bad. Actually, much better than not too bad, it was brilliant. I really felt that I got into a rhythm today, I think I started to feel a bit like a runner, rather than an imposter.
Such a great feeling. There were moments that I felt like I could run forever (obviously I couldn’t!!) but it felt great to be comfortable and not struggling and huffing and puffing.
I feel like I have got over another hurdle.
Run 3 next, no doubt that will knock me back down to earth! Am half dreading running for 20 minutes and half (sort of) looking forward to it.
I will definitely be taking the advice of all the great people on here, and the trusty Laura, and taking it easy, one step at a time and see how things go.
But tonight I feel great.
I have not posted on here before but have been reading the posts for a few weeks and they have really helped me when I was struggling. So thanks all.

Thanks for the support, it’s really good for the motivation to know that there are other people out there that are having /have had similar experiences, and are offering encouragement and advice.
So glad I discovered this place, it’s a brilliant community.
