Wow didn't think I could run for 8 minutes without stopping but did it. Wasn't begging for Laura to tell me run was finished. We started at 7.15 and the sun felt hot then. The second run felt more tiring towards the and and my hubby doubting we can do 20 mins on next session. The way I look at it is not going into the brisk recovery walk would have meant we'd have finished a minute earlier (if I've got the maths right) and it was the last minute of the last run which was most tiring. But hey we'll give it a go on Saturday morning and see how it goes. I'm staying positive and keeping the faith

well done, big pat on the back, I did mine on Wednesday and I was amazed it felt so right, now find myself looking forward to R3 tomorrow 'the 20 mins' even with the heat. will remember this time to take water out with me

well done, I start my week 5 on Saturday, will be doing it at my local park run, its been a couple of weeks since my last park run (was on week 1) so hoping to see a personal best. I haven't looked to see what week 5 will be!! so hope I can manage it x
