Did my Week 1 runs last week and found them really tough, I thought my legs were going to give up on me, so I decided to repeat the week to see if it went any better.
Then last night I started reading other peoples blogs from weeks 1 and 2 and i thought sod it i'm going to give week 2 a go, so I frantically downloaded the week 2 podcast ready for this morning.
I set out about 10, a little apprehensive but keen to give it a go and strangely enough I actually found it easier than week 1 (Maybe my muscles are starting to get used to the extra exertion). So now I am looking forward to my next run on Wednesday, (rather than dreading the next run like I did last week), hopefully it won't be too long before I get the running bug.

Good choice, I always think if you do make it through a week no matter how slowly then just move on to the next one. If it doesn't work then you can then repeat the week before but otherwise onwards you go. Well done, glad you enjoyed it
Hi muffintop - I did W2R1 yesterday as well, with some trepidation but suprised myself. I found it easier to get into a rythum with the slightly longer jog. Keep going - and bring on Wednesday
Hi there, that's great! I did W2R2 yesterday and found it ok, but so hard to believe I'll even manage 3 minutes let alone 30 minutes! However, the comments on this site are so encouraging so I guess we've just gotta believe it!
