What do you do when you've been ill?

I was about to run the 3rd run in week 8 before I got some sort of cold/cough/virus thing I am now fully recovered but it's taken just over a week. I'm thinking of just joining into the plan where I left off, is this sensible or sould I go back a bit? Any advice out there?

Try picking up where you left off, it's only been a week. If you struggle, drop back a week.
