Week 2 Run 3 Done

Well this week the body does it but I think it is the mental battle I have to win as much as I completed all the runs 2 & 3 felt mentally tough as I kept thinking I can’t do this it’s to hard. Possibly thinking to do this week again to try to build up stamina as week one felt easier what do people recommend 🙂

You completed the week so you don't need to repeat (but you can if you feel it will improve your confidence). Nobody said this would be easy, but it is achievable. I think you need to practice positive self talk- this is tough but I CAN do this- there is NO evidence to suggest that you wont be able to complete the programme and become a fabulous, fit and fearless runner!

Oh and remember to run REALLY slow :)

Don’t repeat the week if you completed it. Your brain is trying to protect you from progress, don’t let it. You ran this week well. Next week is the week you are ready for. Go get it!

Yes great advice, go get it.👍👏👏

Slow and steady at your own happy pace.🌟No fear only belief and enjoyment.🌟

You are doing great! Part of me waves pom poms and says "yay just keep ploughing on" but please listen to your body and don't let a 'one size fits all' dictate if it's not right for you. I too am carrying an extra 100 pounds. It is better to repeat and give your body time to adapt than do yourself a mischief or become disheartened and throw the towel in. It's 5 days since you posted this ... I'm looking forward to seeing which route you took and how you are getting on.
