So I was going to run after I took my OH to the train, instead I went before. I am not a morning person but at 6:30am I decided just to get up and go.
It was so quiet and I only saw 1 other person - also out jogging. Glad I did it early when it was overcast because it's starting to heat up now.
Why did I think it was a good idea to sprint through the last run? - I haven't done that since many many moons ago, years. It's that blummin' song...Jog jog jog "I'm stronger than that!" I thought yes I am, and went for it like a muppet. Afterwards I thought you moron you could have injured yourself this early on....(felt good though, I agree with someone else a few days ago, it makes you feel invincible.)
Cup of tea and a rest, before starting week 3 on Sunday :), can't wait, up until two weeks ago I hated the idea of running, now a switch has flipped, or I have...it's amazing.
