Week 2 - Done!

3rd run last night, the first I've done using the Nike+ app so actually have some idea of how I'm doing. Covered 3.68km in 32.01, with my fastest km in 8'14" Obviously a km that included two full runs. (Also I was feeling so good, and loving it so much, that for the last 90 second run, rather than my usual jog I just went for it and strode out! Probably shouldn't have, but still...) Felt good all through the 32 mins. Little acorns people, little acorns :)

Oh it sounds as if you're smitten! Well done on getting week 2 done and dusted and it's great to see you're "loving it so much".

Thank you IP. It's ridiculous, I can't for the life of me understand why I didn't do this years ago! (Also, it probably helps that I'm always trying to impress Laura, and certainly wouldn't want to let her down!)
