Accomplished this run a couple of days ago.
The evening before my run, I went to a salsa dancing class. I had a great time but when I woke up, my legs were aching a bit. I wondered how this would affect my session.
I did some stretches and It took a few minutes but after a while, my legs were fine. I was out running a little later than usual, so ended up having to jog pass a school group, having their PE lesson in the park. Was a bit nervous as I was a bit self conscious. It didn't take me too long to realize that these teenagers were not paying any attention to me. Hehehe.
Got the run done and I am ready for the next one.
