Did R3 of W4 today and must say i felt great at the end and plodded on for a total running distance of 4k in just over 27 mins - Feel a bit heavy in my legs now but feel great!!!!

Are you doing the stretching excersises on the websites after each run? My mum and I find this helps. Just finished week 5 so wish you the best of luck
Well done, when I did the programme I dont remember being able/willing to carry on running any longer than each of the podcasts said lol!
Thanks I feel I'm getting stronger each run and will not be running now until Wednesday (Yearend at work) so thought is push myself a bit!!!!
