WHOO HOO!! W4R3 done!

Very windy outside today, but that was part of my challenge. Just when I thought that first 5 minutes of continued running was going to kill me, I did the deep breathing to get me through it---whoo hoo!!! That so helped me for the rest of the run session. Felt great accomplishing this and not so apprehensive about starting week 5 after this. :)

  • Well done you! I am starting week 5 in the morning, but really hope the weather might calm down as it's howling around the house at the moment!
