It's been a while but my life sucks at moment meaning I have to take long breaks in between runs. I had a 2 week break between wk3 run2 and run3 but just went for it and managed it. So mly fitness level has obviously improved a bit. So I fully intend to start week 4 on Wednesday after work. Wish me luck!!

Well done, keep it up, I had a 3. Day break between wk4 run 1 & 2 but you have to carry on otherwise all your work do far is wasted
well done for getting out there when the world gets tough, its easier to just write off entire weeks but to pick it up and carry on is really good.

Well done for sticking with it. I also have taken longer than normal due to injuries, aches & pains. I'm due to run W3R1 tomorrow after a short 2 day break..hopefully I'm over the worst. You're right life does suck at times but, at least this is something positive that will make you feel 100% better. Good luck
