Having been haunted by cross country at school it only took me 20+ years to finally given this running a go and I'm so glad I did.
W1 - first run was a disaster, choose a route that had a significant incline on the 3rd run portion and I went off too fast. After 10 minutes I thought I was bound for A&E. Having changed route and slowed down, completed W1 with a big smile on my face.
W2 - Really noticed the extra 30 seconds on the run segments but Michael Johnson kept me going.
W3 - Thought three minutes runs be too much given how week 2 went had my first 'runner's high' during the final run segment of each run.
Monday morning can't come soon enough, and I never thought i'd think that.
