Just back from first run and feeling great. Hard work - i haven't done anything like this since Run the World in mid-80's!. Now approaching 50 and determined to get fit again.

Already looking forward to R2.

Blimey I'm impressed I'm scared about R2 in case this was a flash in the pan!

Brilliant, well done Mike. I was 49 on Wednesday and was also determined not to be fat, unfit and fifty! I'm nailing 2 out of 3, not sure how to get around the 50 thing unless I manage to invent a time machine in the next year!

Good luck and happy running

You are on your way... well done. Don't worry about R2 - on the whole it gets easier each time you do a run.
