Well done on making a start! The hardest part is getting started.

You may have pushed yourself a little too hard to start with. Slow and steady, everything at a conversational pace.

Do read the full guide to get maximum benefit with minimum discomfort healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Have fun with it! 😊

Great stuff, first run under your belt - Brilliant! πŸ‘πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ

I bought proper shoes after first few runs and couldn’t believe the difference they made so I’d say definitely get a pair. I then upgraded the rest of my kit at the end of week 2/3 and again was amazed how much less achy they were running in proper running leggings rather than supermarket leggings.

Good runnings πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ

Well done! That is by far the hardest run of all πŸ‘

The trainers you wear will make a huge difference to the whole of you. If your feet are looked after it flows up your body, so it's definitely worth getting some that work for you! Keep on keeping on!
