so here i am again next run enjoyed it i must be going further as i ran one of the routes i have done before and ended up home before i know it , i had to do my warm down walk in the garden lol im going to try somewhere else next run also its been the muddies run yet of to clean up

Well done fh. You'll have to run on the Test Way, that way you won't run out of distance. If I were 20 odd years younger I might be able to run that fast. I'm looking forward to your week 9 to find out how far you are running. Makes a change having to clean the mud off yourself instead of the kids.
