so i had to drop the wife at the railway station at 05-30, so i hit the park early....very early. was still dark and quite damp underfoot, but no dog walkers
got to 30 minutes and had ran 2.6 miles, so decided as i felt good to just carry on and get 5k under my belt, 36m02 secs and i had gone past 5k and it felt easier than when i ran week 9 run1. I enjoyed a good nights sleep and was feeling really fresh doing the run before the day really started.
i know the time isnt world class but i have set myself a target of under 45 minutes for a 5k park run, so im very pleased.
As the sun rose a mist descended on the park where i run and most of the park disappeared.......a terrific start to the day....one more run to do before the dulcet tones of Mr Johnston are dispensed with....graduation here i come
