Hi folks. I have been previously posting on the bridge to 10k forum but have joined this C25K as well now. Thought I'd be better to do the consolidation bits before going for more!

Today was run 2 of the last week of C25K and I really enjoyed the last half of it. Seems if I get to that bit I know i'll make it to the end of the run. I'm keeping my pace slow and it works! The times I've stopped running before I think were because I've started too quickly.

Looking forward to run 3 now and I'll try to take some pics along the route seeing as it will be the graduation run.

Great job, you've got the pacing sorted, that's so important 👍, enjoy and relax into that graduation run 🥳

Well done with your progress and yes , absolutely better to do the consolidation prior to increasing either pace or distance !But before any of that , enjoy your graduation run ! 😁👍
