Ran Wk 8 R1 on Monday and found it soooo tough. I had changed my route and ran along a main road which was very straight and oh so long! Took all I had to finish. Today decided to go back to my old route adding a few loops and had a great run. Very relieved as I thought I'd lost it. My legs could go on but I can get out of sync with my breathing if not careful. Feel great about the whole thing and can't stop barbling on about Couch to 5K to anyone that will listen!
