Wk 8 R2-back in the zone!

Ran Wk 8 R1 on Monday and found it soooo tough. I had changed my route and ran along a main road which was very straight and oh so long! Took all I had to finish. Today decided to go back to my old route adding a few loops and had a great run. Very relieved as I thought I'd lost it. My legs could go on but I can get out of sync with my breathing if not careful. Feel great about the whole thing and can't stop barbling on about Couch to 5K to anyone that will listen!

  • Woo well done you persevered and it paid off :D I think running along a long straight road can be mentally daunting sometimes as you can see how much longer you have to go!

  • Great same as me, not so good W8R1 run but much better W8R2 run. Nearly there now! :)

  • I know, its hard to believe we have nearly done it! I'm sure your as chuffed with yourself as I am.
