The first five minutes were the hardest today.. I thought about giving up several times.. I decided to run on a very slightly uphill gradient for the first half of the run, so that the return would be easier, but regretted it almost immediately! It did get easier after the first ten minutes though.. and I ended up disobeying Laura and actually ran for 33 minutes..! There was a reason for the disobedience.. I wanted to make sure I had run for at least 2.6kms as I was doing this run as a fundraiser for LimbPower.. And today my leg was absolutely fine.. π€ΈπΏββοΈ.. onwards and (slightly) upwards! Week 9 next.. unbelievable...π

Haha not exactly uphill - I did say slightly.. itβs a very tiny incline because I run on an old railway line.. it just feels uphill to me if itβs not downhill I think..π
