I did it! Week 4 Run 1!!

I was really worried about starting this week. There was something about running for 5 whole minutes without stopping that bothered me, despite having run for 3 minutes in week 3. Plus, an extra 7 minutes running time overall. But I went for it, paced myself and completed it without stopping and without feeling like I wanted to drop at the end! I'm loving this!
