Just wanted to let you all know how happy I am. I was so scared about taking on the 3 minute runs this week, but I went out today and absolutely smashed it!! 🏸🎾 Thank you so much to all of your for your advice and encouragement. I’ve recently been diagnosed with PTSD and I feel this is really helping with the fear and anger I feel on a daily basis. Would recommend to anyone

Well done you... the running helps us in mid and body. Relaxed gentle running is perfect for letting the stress float away behind you. Many friends on the forum have found so much benefit from the programme. The unwelcome Black dogs, really dislike running... and get left behind amazingly quickly...

Slow and steady and do keep posting:)

Well done and keep up the good work πŸ‘ŒβœŒ

Well done! Each run leaves you feeling a little bit better and like Oldfloss said, the slow running helps the stress leave. Keep on keeping on, you're doing brilliantly 😊

Well done! You’ll be be running the 5k in no time! And isn’t it great that running helps with all sorts of issues! It’s helping my depression and so nice to hear others talking about issues which are affecting them! Go girl!😺

I’m at the 3 week stage now but off to Zante tomorrow. Wondering how I will get on running there. Will the heat be too much? Of course it will be early morning or later afternoon but still a bit apprehensive. Glad to hear you smashed it-hope I can say the same!!!! Trainers packed and ready!
