Had a look back and recorded that I found week 6 the most difficult. Now, I can't believe that "cant' run, don't run, won't run, is running. I'm sat here looking like a beetroot with a massive smile on my face. What a fantastic feeling. I couldn't have done it without Laura, my lovely husband who looks like he's walking on the spot at the side of me, and all my fellow runners on here.
Thank you all
I have now got to build on it for my Sport Relief 5k on 25th March, my pack arrived yesterday.

Well done you that is wonderful! I did my first 5k Parkrun this morning, was so nervous to be running with a couple of hundred other "proper" runners after doing my recent runs on quiet paths but it was great, what a welcome and what a sense of achievement! So you might want to see if there is one near you?
