So I was going to repeat a couple of runs from week 4 (I’ve managed to run all the segments in run 4 twice) as I didn’t feel like I’d completely got it under my belt. On a whim (must’ve been feeling brave 😂😂) I decided to just go for it and ran week 5 run 1 with no stops! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 super proud! I know the next one will be harder but I’m feeling determined and positive. Will run straight after work on Thursday before picking the kids up from childcare and have already planned out my route so it’s fairly flat (very hilly where I teach!) I don’t even care if I bump into parents or kids that I teach so I must be feeling positive 😂😂😂👍🏻

Amazing well done.
I always love it when Strava says ‘trending faster’ gives me quite a buzz. Keep going x
I work in a school too, so know the feeling of bumping into parents and kids 😱😂😂😂

Well done you, you were ready to move on to Week 5 which is a real turning point in the programme - I remember feeling daunted at a couple of points in the C25K programme but each time my body was ready, even if my mind wasn't quite there yet! Trust the programme and it works miracles. ☺
