Week 9 run 3 completed this afternoon, a mix of country lanes, quiet coast road and finished off on the beach. Feel amazing to think that only a few weeks ago I struggled to run for 1 minute. My major turning point was to invest in some proper running shoes back in week 3, every time I run now I always have to comment that they feel like running on space hoppers!
To all people struggling , believe in the programme, take it slow and steady and enjoy you own personal journey.
Now, any advice appreciated as to my next steps (no pun intended) ππ

Next steps really need to come from what you want to achieve.
My plan is make it to 5k runs, then 5k within 30 mins, then train towards 10k. The first part should consolidate C25K and the second part will open up more running options.
Huge congratulations Janey. Well done, you must be really happy with your success. Time for the podium and badge!! I graduated on Thursday and taking on board the advice on the forum I am continuing with 30 min runs for a couple of weeks to consolidate and then will review where to from there.
I am sure some of the more experienced members will be along with information for you.
Congratulations! Sounds like a beautiful place to run Being quite a visual person I now can't shake the image of you running with mini space-hoppers tied to your feet
