Back to week 4

Back to C25K after a 5 week break from vigorous exercise after a retinal tia. GP was happy with my progress but I need a sight test before I'm allowed to drive again. Started at week 4, which has been comfortable & today completed run 3. As I started the last 5 minute run, A Day In the Life by the Beatles came on, surprisingly good beat to make it up & over a small hill. Unlike the first time around, I looking forward to week 5!

So, how many holes does it take to fill the Albert Hall? 🤣

10,000, but probably more now with the amount of pot holes!
