Another 30 mins, still keeping it steady and these after work runs are too hot and slow, much prefer Sunday early doors. Goodness knows what I’ll be like in summer 🥵

oh yeah. Me too. Morning runs are the thing for me. Especially when it gets warmer! So hugely well done for running outside your comfort zone and after work!

Mornings for me too - afternoons just seem harder. I’ll swap you temperatures as we are soon to be getting warmer. Then when I’ve hit 30 degrees you will feel cooler - unless you’re somewhere like Dubai? And profile says UK so hopefully me telling you it’s hot hot hot will help you feel cool cool cool

And you did it — well done. I’m a morning person too. I’m not sure I could cope with later in the heat, so kudos to you!

Well done you. I am a late afternoon runner but hate the heat so transfer to mornings in summer. Have not been out in this latest warm spell as we were away, so will resume running again at the weekend when the weather is due to cool down a bit!

Sweat is a reward for running! But do I hate the heat! On holiday in four weeks, Egypt, looks like 31 degrees so the treadmill will be mostly used, will try and outside run though and see how it goes, and yes it will be early morning.
