Gosh it seems a long time since I posted - bad girl - but I promise I have been out there running!! A couple of weeks ago whilst visiting my son & family in Cyprus (my teenage stomping ground as the daughter of an RAF family) I decided to add Cyprus to my growing list of 'Countries I've run in' haha! I chose the cliff tops at the back of my son's married quarters on base and the views were worth the hard going in the very hot sun (about 28 degrees even at 9am - there were a couple of pauses to take on much needed water and one very steep hill that just sat there laughing at me! Hoping to add Scotland to the list at the end of October - keep on running peeps x

Looks great. Well done for running in that heat 😓 Scotland will be a different kettle of fish 😁
Looks lovely. Although no need to worry, I can assure you we don't have 28 degrees at 9 am. Although I suppose it depends if you're using Celsius or Fahrenheit! Hills though may be a common feature depending where you're running.
