Revisiting C25K for the third time and going well and happy with progress. Life seems to have become busy and my biggest challenge is fitting in a run when I can and learning to flex. It is working but it is taking longer than my impatient nature would like.

I cruised Week 5 and the big leap and was looking forward to the intervals in Week 6 - I forgot all about the 25 min run on Week 6 Run 3 - oof. A tough weekend relandscaping the garden (hauling rocks!), rain, training marches for the Jurassic Hike marathon (another story) and I found myself on Run 3.

Anyhoo - a bit of flexibility, a bit of mental fortitude and Mission Accomplished.

Week 7 - here I come...😜

Nicely done clearly hauling rocks was the ultimate prep! If that’s only for W6 what are you going to do for Week 9 - Everest????
