It is more a mental block, 3 minutes running that is impossible!!! BUT I kept the faith in Denise Lewis and muttered I can do it, I can do it, for first then I know I can do it for the second. Shuffled music helped as I was trying to identify the track. Feeling really good now but not going to look at what week 4 entails ignorance is bliss!

Week 4 is just a week, it’s not a week of doom otherwise this would be called ‘C25K - only kidding’
I like the idea of random music tracks so you can focus on that - sometimes it’s easier to have a distraction than focus on steps, breaths, minutes and intervals….

Trust me, it is mental, you have done the three minutes, I would bet when you get to week three you won't disbelieve you can do it! I just ran my hardest run, after 5 minutes was thinking how far can I go before giving up with no guilt, 15 minutes I thought get to 20, got to 20 minutes, let's make it 25, at 28 minutes I picked the pace up for the final 2. Get your head in yhe right place and you will do it, never going to to easy, but you are well into it now and know the leaps you are doing are working as you proved today.

Well done you and all you need to believe is, that every single run, every single week, prepares you for the next one. Slow and steady.
