I repeated w2r1 yesterday in my quest for an injury free completion of c25k. No problems so far. Fingers crossed for my next run.

This is good news. Take it easy and you'll be absolutely fine 😁
I always think Week 2 is the hard one to start - Week 1 is always the first flush of enthusiasm and you can overdo it and get injured of course. W2 however has meant you’ve decided to carry on and that’s a fab thing. Fingers crossed next time out is similarly good for you

Week 2! That's it now - you're committed 😀👍. Seriously though, well done and, to stand the best chance of remaining problem free, don't over do it, listen to your body and rest if the signals determine that to be best; hopefully, that's advice you won't need. Good luck and welcome to the community here. I look forward to learning of your continued progress.
