Found this run surprising harder than the 1st run. Almost gave up half way , but kept at it, think during the last 60sec run I was hardly moving! Not looking forward to run 3!
Do people do anything else during the week or just stick to this?

The main thing is you did it so give yourself a pat on the back for that. Well done.
Well done you...pop in some strength exercises on rest days.. and some non-impact. too. Walking, swimming or cycling... loads to choose from... Have you checked out the post for Newbies?
Well, look at it this way... the run was tough today and you still completed it, that’s progress just like having a smooth run and feeling great at the end, this isn’t all about fitness and endurance, sometimes a run will test your commitment and mental strength... great job.
Strengthening exercises good, legs obviously, but core work is very valuable to a runner, and some upper body work too. Anything but running on a rest day, I wish they were called non-running days. Vary it up, there’s so much choice. I rotate yoga, planking, walking, the odd swim, body weight workouts, press ups, and a few more.
You’ve done brilliantly. Well done. Often it is hard because your muscles are tired but keep going and if you have to repeat week one but keep going you’re doing great. Xxx
Well done you ⭐️ You can do this. As my former driving instructor used to say, “When in doubt, slow down !” I’m doing the NHS Strength and Flex podcasts on my rest days and I find them really helpful. Happy running 😀
