My alarm went off and I pulled the curtains back to find that it was still pitch black outside. There was no way I was going out in that!
So I waited until daylight broke, got dressed, and left my house.
Though my legs were still aching from the previous session, this one was much better. I managed to slow down my pace during the running parts, so I didn't feel like I was gonna die before each section ended.
Felt very virtuous all day long.

Yes, many people have reported that they thought that they would die during the running parts of the first week, some even did those early runs near to a hospital with an A&E department just incase they collapsed, that would be because they were running too fast, by week two they felt a lot better because they slowed down during the running parts. Glad to hear that you are enjoying your running. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1🏃😊👍🏃🏃
