Just completed my second run and feeling a little bit pleased with myself, was always rubbish at PE in my school years. So after two years of going to a spin class have finally plucked up the courage to try running!π¬

Brillant start and Brillant decision.πππ
I hated PE! And donβt think I could do spin. But this programme definitely works. Good luck as you work your way through it
Well done Nicola. I have just done my first run in 30 years. Good luck with it and KEEP IT GOING NICOLA

Thanks for all your supportive comments and advice I loved my first run but found the second one a little harder. Think it may have been because I went with my 13 year old son, who told me he would run to my pace but Iβm sure we kept going a little faster at each jog. π Which made my foot and ankle quite sore, may have to look at getting some different trainers.
