Only thing I did was whilst running I did do a quick turn around which may count as a slight pause / stop as I didn't want to go down a certain path. Thanks everyone!
One funny thing was an old man paused and I didn't know if he stopped for me so I said thank you and he said eh?!
I have learnt that running isn't always easy and that there are good days / bad days but if you're doing it whatever pace that's what matters! If you're moving your body that counts even if you have to repeat a day it all counts and it's about enjoying the journey.
I'm glad couch to 5k exists!

Well done Fitness2025 on completing run 1 of week 5, I am so glad that you are enjoying your running and C25K , you have of course have to slow down when you do a 180 turn around wherever you are running, nice that old man paused for you, onwards and upwards to runs 2 and 3 of week 5, you will be especially looking forward to run 3πβ
