Well, so, yesterday, excuses, excuses, excuses. And not one of them valid. I got up really early, well before daylight and made the mistake of not falling into my running gear as I got out of bed. So then it was cold, I needed to do this, I had a delivery coming, I had to pop up to town - maybe you get the picture. I even convinced myself that I would run in the afternoon. But I didn't. The shame.
So this morning I just got out and did it. A light frost on the rooftops and a bitter wind to run into on the way back but altogether a beautiful morning - ship count 5. And a total of 16 minutes running - including a speed up in the last half minute. Success at last.
