Well I’ve just finished 2nd run of Week 1 and oh my! First run was so knackering, thought I was going to die! I am so unfit!!! Had to take ibruprofen in the evening I ached so much! Did not think I would walk ever again! But 2nd run was not so bad and recovery much easier. It’s true, the first run is the hardest but at least it’s over now and on my way to a healthier body 🏃♂️

Glad I’m not the only one that thinks 60 seconds seems like forever! Just completed my 3rd run of week 1. It felt way harder than the first 2, not sure why but I think I may be broken 😕
Keep going!! Before long you’ll be running for 30 minutes-trust the plan, it works 👌
Keep going and building each time you run, you’ll soon be amazed at how far you’ve come

Glad to know I’m not the only one! So I managed to finish run 3 of week 1. Can’t say it was any easier BUT did not ache as much afterwards, so that’s something. Just been for my 1st run of week 2 and was really surprised that I could run an extra 30 seconds without dying! Feeling proud of myself actually....
