So I did it! After focusing on eating well and drinking enough, this run definitely seemed easier than the last one, but was still a bit of a struggle towards the end. I was really impressed with my recovery time afterwards though - only about a minute for my breathing to get back to normal, which is crazy for me! Onwards to more runs!
