I posted about my first run a month ago. I’m happy to report I’ve continued my runs this time. What motivated me are the many people here who have completed Couchto5k before, but started again. Also, the slow jogging YouTube video is a tremendous help. Whenever I think I can’t go anymore (sometimes at the beginning of a run) I think about the video and I know I can do it!

Yep 2nd time for me, the motivation is greater this time round good to know we are not the only ones coming back for another go. Mentally stronger this time I find the first couple of runs can be harder, heavy legs but keep pushing through.
