Hi, I'm really pleased to have completed week5 run 3. I graduated once before about 5 years ago but didnt keep it up, I think I was trying to run too fast and didn't enjoy it. This time I've been inspired by the Japanese slow running video (much more my style I feel ๐) and I'm looking forward to each session. Some great tips and ideas on the site to stay motivated and inspired (already sneaking a peek at Bridge to 10k ๐).

Now that you've realised the fundamental truth that speed isn't everything you're absolutely set to run as far as you want (I was going to say raring to go, but that would have been confusing ๐)
That trip to the Bridge is nearer than you think!
Hello!
Good to see you here again! Yes, I am still here ! I am still advocating slow and steady too, and you are enjoying that way of running!
Very well done to you!
Hi. Iโm sneaking that too but donโt want to get too carried away. Iโm going to do some park runs first and take it from there. First one is on the radar. Christmas Day morning. ๐ ๐
Hi Midge9. Barring injury itโs working out fine. Iโll have time to get a couple of 5k runs in before the park run on Xmas day. Itโs a double event which incorporates New Years Day. Itโs in a seaside town where my sister in law lives and thatโs where weโre having our Xmas lunch. I like to be over prepared too.
Will do
