Am new to this. Starting couch to 5k again after 3 failed attempts. But now my perimenopause symptoms seem to be under control I thought I'd have another go. Am agoraphobic so will be training on a running machine.

Let's hope this is fourth time lucky for you, you definitely have a lot of persistence. Keep at it, it gets somehow easier once you're through the first few weeks.
