Well, I feel like superwoman having just completed w5r3... 20 minutes without stopping.... not even once. This old pensioner body trotted along quite well really, probably the best, steadiest run yet (still π pace of course). I am amazed and feeling very smug. If I don't do anything else I will have at least have achieved this! Yay, go me!! Good luck to all those just coming up to this one. Don't bother with the nervous tummy that I had this morning... no need, you can do it! π
Hello, superwoman here...: Well, I feel like... - Couch to 5K
Hello, superwoman here...
Ah this is such a lovely post! And weβll done you deserve to be smug, itβs a milestone. Go you! ππΌ
Congratulations! Iβve just completed w6r1 today. I was nervous before it as I found w5r3 a little scary.. Although chuffed I managed it, at a snailβs pace too, but did it. Anyway, letβs just say that I loved todayβs run and I feel on top of the world so you have a nice surprise in store on your next run. Hope it brings you as much joy as it did me!π€©
Yay, go superwoman! Just think how amazing you'll feel on w9r3! Onwards! πββοΈ

Fabulous! I'm so delighted for you - I sense that the self doubts are getting short shrift now - at least they should be. You've run for 20 minutes so you can really do this and finish the programme. Fantastic!!!
Hi there, Superwoman! Well done xxx
