I did week 4 run 1 😁

I was dreading week 4 run 1, didn't think I could do it. I took an extra rest day then thought I'd give it a try after all the words of encouragement. It was hard, but I just took it a bit slower and pushed myself. Calf muscles feeling it so need to do a fair bit of stretching. Very proud of myself. Only managed due to the support group here, thanks folks.πŸ˜€

Well done, see - we knew you could do it :)

Slow and steady, just keep at it and have faith in yourself. You will be amazed at what you can do.

You didn't need to dread week 4 of C25K Couch56, well done on completing run 1 of week 4βœ…πŸƒ, that's the week of running for 3 minutes twice, running for 5 minutes twice with a few 90 seconds walking breaks as well, that was wise that you gave yourself a extra rest day, I am sure you enjoyed your run, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4, πŸƒβœ…

congratulations! I’m the same, ran week 4 run 1 yesterday. I had real doubts but did it too. I found it really hard. I’m sore today! :)

Well done. I had to do lots of stretching today and had to keep moving as was quite sore after the run. Might be worse tomorrow. Good luck on week 4 run 2.πŸ˜€

Yee Haw!! Excellent. So many times the upcoming run can be a mental challenge! You'll find the programme prepares you pretty well.

I'm sure the extra day of rest helped. I often do that if I've got a few lasting niggles from a run.

Keep us posted on the rest of Week 4!
