Did four runs in Week 3 just in case, and I wasn't at all sure how I was going to cope with the five minute jogs of Week 4. Not too bad! Achievement, gently pleased with myself, and relief that I managed it although one knee does feel a fraction more tender.
I pound around a local athletics track, and it's getting a bit boring so a new route with some variation is needed. Onwards and upwards to run 2 on Thursday.

Well done! I'm doing W4R1 on Sunday and I am already a bit nervous about it. Got W3R3 on Friday so I am hoping that feels a bit easier than the first two in week 3.
Well done, it's amazing the progress you make on the programme. New routes can make a big difference I think so maybe try that when you feel ready. Roll on run 2!
Thanks for the encouragement, and I share your worry and your attitude to carrying on. There was no way I wasn't going to finish Wk4 Run 2 this morning - and I did it. After a shower, I was walking around on top of the world!
