So first time, completed my first run. I haven’t done this in years. Walk a lot with my dogs but desperate to get fit. I was really apprehensive at first and it took me a week to build up the courage to do it!! But I have done it, wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be!! I am so pleased with myself, I can only get stronger! 😁

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum and C25K, take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1 🏃🏾 👍
