Still about still running not with a full mojo. Trying to improve the fitness and start the new year running one run a week and not the monthly run I was trying to do previously. So three weeks in to the new year and three runs completed this was my 29th consecutive 5k run and 38th run since my graduation after the injury. Hope everyone is ok, healthy and still running.

Great to hear from you!
Still going here. I'm trying for RED (Run Every Day) January again. Missed out on a Sunday run when we had the snow, but I've kept going every day since.
Most of my runs this month have been short and easy: 2.25km, 3.2km or 6km, and parkrun. The last time I tried RED I continued into March, but with diminishing returns and increasing niggles, so I won't be doing that.
Well done you. As you know I am a 5k or nothing person so only go if in or nearly in the right mindset. I have always wondered about RED but have always only run one day then rest absolutely certain this old body couldn’t cope with successive days of running distances. Good luck on continuing.

I am just laying in bed with a cuppa thinking how many times have I run this week, consistency is troubling me but sometimes it’s fitting it in and the weather too!
I like a morning run so it depends what we are doing, today is yoga class at 8.30 followed by Zumba I could fit a run in between but doubt it 😂
Oh definitely all of them weather time etc and family circumstances as well. Not really a morning runner have done lunchtime but I am more an early evening late afternoon runner. Also struggle with grandkids sitting and work but have managed 3 weeks and 3 3 runs will see how long I can keep it going.

Also some people just lay on the sofa ! So we are doing something at least ! Power to us 💪🏻

Very nice!! I’m having trouble getting out my three days a week with weather and work…

Lovely to see you and well done you! Many of us have had to take time out, for one reason or another and for some, ( me included, runs are here and there).
I am doing Red January too... now renamed.. Rise Every Day...
and I have to say I am keeping up with it., YWA January Energy plan too is helping!
The weather has been so dire here that it has been impossible to get out to run... but we do what we are able, don't we
Please stick around and keep us posted!
Always stick around always got a tenpennies worth to put out there. Will have a look as RED January maybe in my grasp if you only have to get out there 😂
