Pap17 I am still hanging here

Tonight I managed to get out and do my first run since Sunday’s half marathon. My legs felt heavy and the time appeared slow but it was a little faster than my half marathon pace. Wanted to do my Running World Cup Qualifier Run so got it in tonight whilst weather was good. I didn’t fancy an early Parkrun tomorrow I need some bed time. So did it tonight. Just a 3.5 miles run got in, it was a little cold and breezy but no rain for a change.

Nice running... pretty speedy, especially for a first run back after HM. The fitness level you are at now could well give you the chance to go nail a 5k PB, but don’t forget the gentle runs in between!

Enjoy your lie in!

Thanks UnfitNoMore Strava has managed to fix that no more PBS for a while claiming I did my 5k PB in around 21 mins when my chip said 29 mins at 5k. Just a little difference. Just pleased to be able to get the distance in.

Pretty impressive after your big run, and lovely to have some decent running weather for a change.
