Another week sorted. Week 8 started with a slow and very ploddy run! Monday morning saw me wake up with legs that felt twice as heavy as normal! Wednesday was a lot happier run, more like what I was expecting and made me feel I could do this again!
Today was a bit more normal I guess a mix of both previous runs!
No matter as Sarah Millican keeps reminding me it's not about the pace it's about the distance! I do feel like telling her that Speed = Distance/Time but I am not sure she would listen!! ๐ But I understand the sentiment!
Anyway the upshot of all that is the end of week 8.
I am now starting to think about post week 9 again! But for now one more week! ๐
Happy Running everyone.
