When I started the run I was confident that this run would be very easy and smooth going, specially after running for 20 mins continue. But it didn't went that smooth. On the phase of 8 mins I was struggling for breath . It was hard no doubt but was doable
As told to me by all graduates that it's just in you mind ...
However with sweet and sour Felling I completed the run
Learned one thing very straightforward- NOT TO BE OVER CONFIDENT !!

Well about shoes:- I am living in such an area where getting a good shoes is not possible
The old shoes that I am using have lost all its foam in the base and I can feel the sole of it now .. That's the only reason I am getting a new one
It's not specifically a running show but something that is doable
I have promised my self that if I complete the entire training I will gift my self a great shoe on my birthday which is coming exactly when I complete my last run
Well done! Lots of people find week 6 really tricky after the excitement of week 5 run 3. The key is to take it nice and slow and steady, if you are struggling with your breathing slow down a little.
You are really getting through the programme now - good luck!
I read a good book on latest exercise research recently..
In it , they suggested ' gait analysis' trainers had been shown to actually be WORSE for sports injuries than conventional running shoes.. I personally would stick to ' normal' ones
Book was.. The First Twenty Minutes by Gretchen Reynolds.
