Just completed week 8 run 2. Nice and steady on the treadmill again. Not breathless at all and feeling good. It's so weird that 8 weeks ago I was like a puffing train struggling with 1 min runs. Now 28 mins non stop. Life has been hectic for a while but I've stuck at this programme like chewing gum in hair. Going to finish my runs on the treadmill then start doing the local park run course building the distance up whilst reducing the time.

I know what you mean. I moved t the treadmill after the first couple of weeks to develop a good pace and intend to do some runs outdoor on graduation. My last run tomorrow and I'm soooo excited
